Continuing Professional Education Services: The Role of the Expert and the Attorney in Arbitrated Circumstances
On October 19, from 8:15 am – 4:30 pm, CSG Law Members, Diana L. Buongiorno, Joseph A. Dickson and Dennis M. Toft will speak at Continuing Professional Education Services’ event, “The Role of the Expert and the Attorney in Arbitrated Circumstances.” This course will examine an extensive range of considerations that shape an expert’s reports and testimony in each situation. Participants will be exposed to the entire expert representation process including:

- Selection and preparation of experts
- Development of expert reports
- Approaches to regulatory meetings
- Taking and giving deposition testimony
- Courtroom/hearing techniques
