BARBRI: Development of Industrial Real Estate and Distribution Centers
On May 21, from 1:00 – 2:30 pm, Jennifer M. Porter, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group, will serve as a speaker at BARBRI’s CLE Webinar, “Development of Industrial Real Estate and Distribution Centers.” Ms. Porter will discuss current legal issues in industrial properties, as well as how to address concerns with zoning and permitting, supply chain issues related to force majeure in contracts, negotiating rights of refusal, economic development incentives, and community pushback.
