American Bar Association: Fidelity & Surety Law Committee’s 2020 Midwinter Conference
CSG’s Fidelity & Surety Law Group will be well-represented at the American Bar Association’s Fidelity & Surety Law Committee’s 2020 Midwinter Conference.
Brian Kantar is co-chairing the Conference’s Surety Program, which will feature Armen Shahinian on a panel titled, “Alternative Medicine Prescribed by the White Knight.” Amanda Miceli will be featured in the Conference’s Construction Program on the “Assessing Credit, Leverage and Assets” panel; while Michelle A. Schaap and Scott W. Lichtenstein will discuss cybersecurity threats often faced by fidelity insurers as part of the Conference’s Fidelity Program.
The Fidelity & Surety Law Committee’s 2020 Midwinter Conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York, NY from January 29-31, 2020.
