American Bar Association: A Discussion of Issues Related to the Unionization of Doctors and Residents
On March 4, at 1:00 pm, David A. Cohen, a Member in the CSG Law Employment & Labor Law Group, will serve as a speaker at the American Bar Association’s Physician Issues Interest Group’s open membership call. Mr. Cohen’s panel, “A Discussion of Issues Related to the Unionization of Doctors and Residents,” will cover the background and motivations driving union activity, how unionization can affect hiring and termination, and the trends shaping negotiations between healthcare employers and clinician groups.
