5 CSG Law Attorneys Named to ROI-NJ Influencers: Women 2026

The ROI-NJ editorial team compiled a list of more than 300 women leaders whose vision, direction and commitment meaningfully influenced New Jersey’s business and civic landscape. The list highlights women from various industries and sectors whose contributions have shaped the state’s economy and social fabric.
Marie L. Mathews serves as the Managing Member of CSG Law, overseeing more than 350 employees, and has experience in a variety of management roles at the firm, including Practice Group Leader of the Litigation Group and Deputy General Counsel of the firm. She is “a skilled attorney and law firm leader” who “brings strategic vision and a client-centered approach to guiding CSG Law’s practice and its team of talented legal professionals,” according to ROI-NJ.
Danielle M. Corcione serves on CSG Law’s Executive Committee and she has significant experience as a business executive, federal prosecutor, and in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 beauty company. Her practice has “a focus on ESG and sustainability initiatives that guide clients through complex legal and regulatory challenges,” ROI-NJ said.
Lisa M. Colone brings seasoned judgment, deep regulatory insight, and extensive trial experience to high‑stakes matters across the financial services industry who is “leading efforts to uphold regulatory compliance and protect market integrity,” ROI-NJ said. Her previous roles include Vice President in FINRA’s Department of Enforcement, Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division, and federal prosecutor in the U.S Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Amanda Miceli is a skilled surety and fidelity attorney who works closely with clients, “advising [them] on litigation and contract-related matters,” according to ROI-NJ. Outside of litigation, Amanda advises clients regarding claim investigation, contract issues and risk management in addition to her frequent presentations at national surety conferences and her regular article contributions related to fidelity and surety law.
Rebecca Moll Freed’s crossover practice spans multiple industries and is positioned at the intersection of law, government and business. She is an experienced compliance attorney who helps clients “navigate complex frameworks involving pay-to-play laws, corporate political activity, procurement laws, diversity in government contracting, lobbying, corporate ethics, and gifts and entertainment compliance,” ROI-NJ said.
