2 CSG Law Attorneys Named to COMMERCE Magazine’s 2026 Enterprising Women List
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Michelle J. Delaney, Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Corporate Group, and Brittany A. Manna, an associate in the Litigation Group, have been named to COMMERCE Magazine’s Enterprising Women in Commerce list for 2026. Michelle was listed for Law and Brittany was included on the One to Watch list.
The Enterprising Women in Commerce list, now on its sixth installment, recognizes outstanding women across various industries in New Jersey who are redefining what it means to be “enterprising.”
Michelle has experience in private M&A, venture capital, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters including business formation, governance and compliance. She formerly served as a clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Michelle earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and her B.A. from the University of Delaware.
Brittany supports businesses and individuals engaged in complex litigation matters and assists in drafting pleadings motions, briefs and other legal documents. She also handles special education matters where she draws on her litigation skills to advocate for parents on behalf of their children with special needs to secure appropriate services and placements for those children. Brittany has also provided many hours to pro bono clients through the Volunteer Lawyer for Justice’s Children’s Representation Program and has recently been elected as co-director of the Women’s Leadership Committee for the New Jersey Women’s Lawyers Association.
