CIANJ Environmental Business Council Spring Conference: Using Best Professional Judgment as a Site Remediation Tool
Dennis M. Toft is a panelist at the CIANJ Environmental Business Council's Spring Conference, "Using Best Professional Judgment as a Site Remediation Tool."
From the CIANJ website: "As the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) enters its 5th year and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) become more accustomed to processing cases each day, it will be important to understand how LSRPs apply their judgment to the cleanups for which they are responsible. With numerous guidance documents and policies in existence combined with the complexity of remediating a site, the reliance on best professional judgment (BPJ) to move cleanups along will no doubt increase. Come hear from LSRPs, attorneys and other professionals on how BPJ should be applied to expedite cleanups."
Dennis will participate in a panel titled "Issues Involving The Use of Best Professional Judgment."
This half-day program will be held on Friday, April 4th at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. For more information or to register, please click to visit the CIANJ website.
