CSG's Clem G. Turner Named Top 15 Corporate EB-5 Attorney by EB-5 Investors Magazine

CSG is pleased to announce that Clem G. Turner has been named to EB-5 Investors Magazine's list of "Top 15 Corporate EB-5 Attorneys*," which recognizes the most influential corporate and securities law practitioners in the field of EB-5 finance in 2018. This is the fourth consecutive year Clem has been recognized by the publication.
Clem is a member of CSG's Corporate & Securities Group and heads the firm's Alternative Capital Practice. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising clients at all stages of corporate development across a range of industries.
Widely-regarded as a thought leader in EB-5 finance, he has counseled numerous corporations, developers and Regional Centers raising capital through the EB-5 program. He has handled EB-5 offerings for hotels, casinos, restaurants, senior and medical facilities, residential/mixed-use facilities, manufacturers and technology companies. His experience ranges from simple “direct” $1 million EB-5 offerings up to complex $400 million raises with institutional investor participation. In the aggregate, Clem has counseled clients who have raised more than $1.5 billion through the EB-5 program.
Clem is a sought-after commentator on the EB-5 program, and has been cited by NPR's Marketplace, The Real Deal Magazine, Real Estate Weekly, BISNOW and South China Morning Post. Additionally, Clem has published several articles related to EB-5, and routinely lectures at EB-5 conferences both domestically and overseas.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows U.S. companies and real estate developers to raise capital from offshore investors, who can obtain a green card provided they invest $500,000 to $1,000,000 in a U.S. enterprise and their investment creates at least 10 American jobs.
