CSG Named Among the NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey for Second Consecutive Year

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) has once again been selected among New Jersey’s “Best Places to Work” in 2021 by NJBIZ and Best Companies Group in the large company category. In 2020, CSG landed an impressive ranking among the State’s leading employers in its debut appearance on the list. This year’s rankings will be announced at an awards ceremony in September.

The recognition follows yet another milestone year for the firm – which onboarded more than 40 professionals, including 25 attorneys, to its ranks and surpassed $80 million in firmwide revenue over the course of the year. These efforts towards strategic growth and market leadership in New Jersey, New York and beyond have not gone unnoticed as CSG and its employees have earned high acclaim from NJBIZ in its Business of the Year, Reader Rankings, Power 100, Leaders in Finance, Leaders in Law, Commercial Real Estate Power 50, Forty Under 40 and Icon programs, among other recognitions from the National Law Journal, Chambers USA, World Trademark Review, EB-5 Investors Magazine, Best Lawyers, Real Estate Weekly and ROI-NJ.

Beyond its success in business and law, CSG’s culture of caring, unity and community service has been pivotal in achieving recognitions such as “Best Places to Work.” In 2020, Team CSG raised more than $40,000 in support of several extraordinarily worthy organizations across the State.

“Best Places to Work” companies are selected based upon employee feedback in the “Best Places to Work” survey administered by Best Companies Group. The program collects data confidentially, allowing employees to comfortably share feedback about the companies they work for – and for those companies to interpret and act on what they’ve learned.
