CSG Adds Am Law 200 Talent to Executive Management Ranks
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is pleased to announce several key additions to the firm’s Executive Management team. Dawn Afanador has joined the firm as its Director of Marketing & Business Development, Victor Emma as its Director of Facilities & Operations and Hany Moussa as Director of Information Technology.
These additions to the firm’s management ranks follow a nearly 10% increase in attorney headcount at CSG – which has attracted a range of legal talent from regional and national firms throughout the early summer months of 2019.
“We are thrilled to have Dawn, Victor and Hany – all seasoned Am Law executives with an appetite for innovation – join our outstanding administrative leadership team at this pivotal time for the firm,” said Daniel A. Schwartz, Managing Member of CSG. “As trusted advisors to the firm’s Executive and Management Committees, our new colleagues will help ensure that we have the optimal strategies, initiatives and programs in place to continue driving our momentum forward.”
Afanador brings more than 18 years of experience in legal marketing, having previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Manager for two Am Law 200 firms – Gibbons PC and Lowenstein Sandler, respectively. She was recognized for branding and innovation by Steve Adubato, Jr. in his book You are the Brand, and has earned the Executive Women of New Jersey’s Salute to the Policymaker Award. She earned her B.A. from Drew University.
Joining CSG from Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, Emma is an accomplished corporate facilities management professional with more than 25 years of experience. He brings a proven track record maximizing efficiency and productivity through effective oversight of operations, relocations, budgets and other projects. He received his B.S. from Saint Vincent College.
Moussa joins CSG from Cooley LLP’s New York City office, where he oversaw the day-to-day technical operations and information services systems for more than 300 users, and served as a member of Cooley’s Global Information Technology Group. He was previously with Dentons LLP and Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP. He received his B.A. from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt.
