Marketing Assistant Opportunity

The firm’s Marketing Department is seeking a motivated team player to serve as its Marketing Assistant, supporting the administrative needs of the group, including the following:
- Overseeing daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Developing systems to effectively track media clippings, proposals and other materials
- Processing invoices and maintaining budget
- Assisting in preparation of materials for pitches and promotional events
- Supporting marketing team in a variety of projects as needed
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a strong advantage
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
- Strong writing, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
