Attorneys
CSG Law requires all attorneys to be admitted to, or sit for, the New Jersey bar. In addition, we have a significant case load in New York state and strongly value admission to the New York bar. Admission to the federal courts for New Jersey and New York is encouraged.
The firm offers a structured professional development program, as well as a formal mentoring program. Attorneys are encouraged to attend outside seminars as a means of continuing education and client development. We also define criteria for advancement within the firm.
CSG Law provides several committees and initiatives designed to ensure that its attorneys are involved not only in the operation of the firm, but also in the issues and activities that are important to them. This includes a member/associate committee and hiring committee, as well as our Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, Pro Bono Program and Women’s Initiative.
CSG Law offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Paralegals & Professional Staff
Staff are an integral part of the CSG Law team. We are always interested in considering well-qualified and talented non-attorney personnel. We are proud to provide ongoing training and support for all of our employees, including professional development seminars and technology training in litigation support, document management tools and software.
We hire seasoned, experienced paralegals that hold an AA/AS or BA/BS degree and a paralegal certificate. Female paralegals are invited to participate in the firm’s Women’s Initiative and to become members of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.

2025 Summer Associate Program
We are Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”), a nationally recognized regional law firm rooted in excellence, teamwork, and inclusion. For more than 50 years, CSG Law has established a reputation built upon delivering the experience and insights clients need to navigate challenging business climates.
CSG Law offers future lawyers the opportunity to utilize their law school classroom knowledge to work alongside attorneys in the firm and receive hands-on experience with legal research and writing; document drafting and participation in meetings and events.
The firm’s ten-week Summer Associate Program is designed to broaden not only a law student’s legal skill-set, but to also introduce them to law firm life. Designated Program Coordinators work closely alongside the CSG Law Recruiting and Professional Development team to deliver an inside look at the day-to-day assignments by observing and supporting trial preparation; assisting with transactional closings; and attending meetings and estate planning sessions.
Our program strives to achieve a unique balance between structure, subject matter flexibility, teamwork and one-on-one mentorship.
