Ryan P. O'Connor

Ryan O’Connor is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights groups. Ryan has represented employers of varied sizes in different industries in connection with the defense of wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation claims. He has also assisted in the advising and representing of creditors, predominantly lenders in the equipment finance and leasing sector, in connection with litigation both inside and outside of bankruptcy.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was an associate at the New Jersey office of a national law firm. After graduating law school, Ryan clerked for the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic Vicinage.

Ryan earned his law degree from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as an associate editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and both directed and participated in several trial advocacy competitions.

Ryan was selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in 2017.
