Rocco Iossa, a registered governmental affairs agent, has been involved in government affairs and law for more than 25 years.
Prior to joining the firm, Rocco founded State Street Partners in 1998. Since that time, State Street Partners enjoyed great success and became one of the top government affairs firms in New Jersey.
In 1985, Rocco began his career as a legislative aide to a Congressman in Washington, D.C. In this role, Rocco worked on numerous legislative issues and learned first-hand the legislative process in Washington. Afterwards, Rocco pursued a legal career and practiced law privately for four years.
In 1994, Rocco returned to government and served as Senior Assistant Counsel in the Office of the Governor for the State of New Jersey. During his tenure, Rocco represented the Governor on all legislative matters before the New Jersey Senate. In 1995, Rocco was named Appointments Counsel to the Governor, where he directed all gubernatorial appointments in the State of New Jersey.
Rocco focuses his practice on regulatory and legislative issues in New Jersey as well as Washington, D.C.
Rocco earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School and his B.A. degree from Drew University.
