Patrick R. Dwyer practices with the firm’s Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining CSG, Patrick served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J., and the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he worked on a wide variety of federal civil and criminal matters.
Patrick graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and a Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic. During his time in law school, Patrick also served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Shipp and the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to law school, Patrick worked at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as an Investigative Analyst in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit. Patrick received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Delaware.
