Jonathan Keller is an associate in the firm’s Health Care & Hospital, Corporate & Securities and Cannabis Law Groups. Jonathan’s practice focuses on representing health care providers, including public and private hospital systems, academic medical centers, and physician practices in a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. Specific aspects of his practice include healthcare M&A transactions, contract negotiation, and fraud and abuse counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as Corporate Counsel to East Orange General Hospital and was a member of the hospital’s executive team. During his time at the hospital, Jonathan was heavily involved in the hospital’s acquisition by a for-profit entity; drafted physician agreements and leases; advised the medical executive committee on credentialing, bylaws, and rules and regulation matters; and handled day-to-day legal operations of the hospital. Jonathan’s work at the hospital exposed him to a broad array of healthcare and corporate matters.
During law school, Jonathan was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review, completed the school’s concentration in Health Law, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Jonathan earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm D.), summa cum laude, from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Jonathan previously worked as a pharmacist with a regional pharmacy chain.
Upon graduation from law school, Jonathan served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.
