John A. Soltesz, III


John Soltesz is an associate in CSG’s Environmental group. His practice focuses on environmental and toxic tort litigation. In addition, he has experience in defending product liability and toxic tort claims in both New Jersey and New York.

In addition, John advises clients on a wide variety of environmental issues, including those related to site remediation pursuant to the New Jersey Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act and the applicable New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection permitting process associated with performing Brownfield and superfund site remediation.

Prior to joining the firm, John was an associate at LeClairRyan.

John earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He served as a law clerk in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Law Division, under the Hon. Vincent LeBlon, J.S.C. and the Hon. Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C. In addition, John is the Chairperson of the Edison Township Environmental Commission.
