Jillian A. Swogier is an associate in CSG’s Corporate and Securities group. She assists clients with transactional, operational, general corporate and securities law matters. She also handles pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, biotech, medical device sector and other industry-specific transactional matters such as licensing agreements, distribution agreements, clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, material transfer agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements and various service agreements.
Additionally, Jillian represents clients across a wide range of industries on matters relating to entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, joint ventures, collaborations and preparing SEC reporting documents.
Jillian earned her J.D., with a concentration in health law, from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she was an advocate on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and a Member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Jillian earned her B.A. in Economics from Seton Hall University.
