Jim Hearon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, regulatory and administrative matters, white collar criminal defense and creditors’ rights, as well as defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He routinely represents financial institutions, large and small businesses, and public entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Jim was an Associate at White & Williams LLP. He also previously served as a clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown, J.A.D.
Jim earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Business Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Law and Justice Studies from Rowan University.
