Ilana Levin


Ilana Levin is an associate in the Litigation, Labor & Employment, White Collar Criminal Defense and Government Investigations and State Attorneys General Groups. Her practice focuses on defending discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour matters, in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Ilana also provides counseling and guidance to employers on federal and state law compliance issues, which includes drafting employee handbooks, human resources policies, and employment-related agreements. Ilana’s commercial litigation experience includes insurance fraud, surety, and antitrust matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ilana was a law clerk for the Honorable I. Leo Glasser of U.S. District Court, E.D.N.Y. Prior to her clerkship, she was a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Ilana received her law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and served as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. While at Harvard Law, she interned at Children's Hospital Boston, the office of the governor of Massachusetts and the U.S. Attorney's Office, S.D.N.Y. Ilana graduated from Yeshiva University's Stern College, summa cum laude, in 2007 with a B.A. in mathematics.
