Eric Weiss is an associate in CSG's Corporate & Securities Group. He has experience in a wide variety of business transactions and represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, stock and asset sales, restructurings, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He also provides general corporate counseling to a wide range of companies and drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including operating, shareholders’, consulting and employment agreements.
Immediately prior to joining CSG, Eric was a corporate associate at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. and was previously an associate at Linklaters LLP as well as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Eric received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale College where he earned distinction in his major and was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
