Allison Lauren Lee is an associate in the firm's Trusts & Estates group. Her practice focuses on preparing estate planning documents including, but not limited to, wills, trusts powers of attorney and advance medical directives, to implement her clients’ personal and tax objectives. Allison’s practice also focuses on assisting her clients at all stages of the estate administration process. Allison has a reputation for providing skilled and compassionate legal counsel, and for her professional and empathetic mannerism that puts her clients at ease when considering planning decisions for themselves and their families.
Allison’s practice also includes planning for four-legged beneficiaries, including setting up customized pet trusts to give her clients the great sense of security to know that these beloved members of their family are provided for. Allison was quoted in the Washingtonian on this subject.
Prior to joining the firm, Allison was an associate at Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn, P.C. She also previously worked as an associate at a law firm in Maryland and as a tax consultant in the Legal Division of the Comptroller of Maryland.
Allison earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Maryland School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University, Barnard College.
