Employers Breakfast Briefing: Health Care Reform for Employers

Please join us for a complimentary presentation addressing the obligations of employers and employer-sponsored health plans under the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (the "Health Reform Law"), which was upheld by the Supreme Court in June. The seminar will focus on the recently implemented, and soon-to-be implemented, provisions of the Health Reform Law impacting employers, such as:
