The Employment Law Group of Wolff & Samson invites you to our Employers Breakfast Briefing Series 4th Annual Symposium:
"Alternative Benefit Arrangements and Employment Law Update"

Please join us for a complimentary two-hour interactive symposium that will explore creative approaches to minimizing increasing health care costs, as well as critical new developments in employment law for New Jersey employers and practitioners.

Our guest speaker, Ed Gaelick of PSI Consultants, LLC, will provide an in-depth discussion of High Deductible Health Care Plans as an alternative to traditional group health plans, the implementation process, and the potential cost savings for employers.

In addition to exploring the strategic benefits of evaluating health care alternatives, this program will provide a review and analysis of:

  • recent regulations implemented under the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act of 2008
  • recent amendments to and decisions interpreting the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination
  • the impact of certain judicial decisions on internal investigations of harassment
  • the expansion of conduct deemed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to constitute protected activity
