Wolff & Samson Adds Francis J. Giantomasi as Partner

WEST ORANGE - Francis J. Giantomasi, one of New Jersey's top real estate and redevelopment attorneys, is joining Wolff & Samson as a member.

"Mr. Giantomasi brings to Wolff & Samson a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and related transactional work and is recognized as a leading redevelopment attorney in the state," according to Wolff & Samson member Jeffrey Chiesa. "Frank is a significant addition to our already strong real estate practice group."

In addition, Mr. Giantomasi's son Francis M. and daughter Gemma will continue to practice with Mr. Giantomasi at Wolff & Samson.

Mr. Giantomasi said that his new relationship with Wolff & Samson will enable him to maintain his Essex County and Newark presence while providing additional resources to serve current and new clients. "Wolff & Samson is a well established, highly regarded regional firm that provides the perfect platform to enable us to expand our practice area," Mr. Giantomasi said, adding "our move to Wolff & Samson will be seamless and will afford our clients access to a full complement of legal services including transactional, environmental, litigation, tax and employment."

A graduate of St. Peter's University and Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Giantomasi has been a member of the bar since 1979. In addition to his work with commercial clients he has previously served as Essex County Counsel, Counsel to the Essex County Board of Freeholders and Special Counsel to the Essex County Utilities Authority. He is a member of the
Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Hospital, the Essex County Bar Association and the Board of Directors of the Newark Regional Business Partnership.

Gemma Giantomasi is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law School. Her principal practice areas are commercial real estate and redevelopment. She will be counsel at Wolff & Samson.

Francis M. Giantomasi is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Seton Hall Law School. His practice has focused on complex commercial litigation and appellate work. He will be an associate at Wolff & Samson.
