Wolff & Samson Announces Attorney Promotions

Wolff & Samson PC is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2013, three attorneys were promoted to Counsel. Since its founding in 1972, Wolff & Samson has grown to more than 130 attorneys, making it one of the largest and most prominent law firms in New Jersey.

The new Counsel are:

Steven M. DiPasquo – Mr. DiPasquo, previously an Associate at the firm, is a registered patent attorney in Wolff & Samson’s Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on the acquisition of patent rights in connection with various technologies, including computer systems and software, medical imaging and image processing, industrial control systems, telecommunications, fiber optics, consumer electronics, business methods, electrical circuits and mechanical designs. Mr. DiPasquo earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.S. from Case Western Reserve University.

Elisa M. Pagano – Ms. Pagano, previously an Associate in Wolff & Samson’s Litigation Group, litigates in state and federal courts on behalf of corporations, financial institutions and small businesses. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Pagano advises clients in the areas of campaign finance and regulatory compliance. She received her J.D. with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and her B.A. from William Patterson College.

Rachel C. Santarlas – Ms. Santarlas, previously an Associate at the firm, practices in Wolff & Samson’s Intellectual Property and Media and Technology Groups. She counsels both domestic and international clients in a variety of areas, including those in the fashion, perfume, clothing, music, entertainment, media, internet, spice, food and beverage industries, as well as non-profit organizations. She received her J.D. from The University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) and her B.S. cum laude from University at Albany, The State University of New York.
