Wolff & Samson Ranks First Among Law Firms in NJ Public Financings

Wolff & Samson PC is pleased to announce that the firm was the top-ranked law firm for New Jersey public financings for the first half of 2012, according to a report published in the New Jersey Law Journal on September 3, 2012 (“N.J. Bond Issues Enjoy a Spurt Fueled Mainly by Refinancings”). The rankings were based on principal amount of bonds issued, per data collected by Thomson Reuters. According to the report, 217 bonds totaling $5.235 billion were issued during the first six months of the year — the highest number of such issues in six years and a 13.3 percent increase over $4.621 billion issued in last year's period. Wolff & Samson counseled on nine issues worth a combined $1.272 billion — a 24.3 percent market share. This is the second year in a row in which Wolff & Samson was ranked first in the state.
