Wolff & Samson Welcomes New Attorneys

Wolff & Samson PC is pleased to announce the arrival of six attorneys at the firm. They are:
Christopher DeFilippis – Chris is an associate in Wolff & Samson’s Trusts and Estates Group. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, he was an associate at Witman Stadtmauer P.A. Chris received his J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University and his B.S. in Finance from Sienna College. His practice focuses on complex estate administration, estate planning and guardianship matters. His experience ranges from wills and tax returns to many types of trusts, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, revocable trusts and grant trusts. Chris also assists with estate litigation matters.
Ryan W. Federer – Ryan is an associate at Wolff & Samson. Previously, Ryan was a judicial intern for the Honorable Barbara Curran in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Civil Division. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He graduated from Loyola University Maryland, cum laude, with a B.B.A. in Finance. While at Loyola, he was accepted to the Financial Management Association National Honors Society and the Dean's List.
Mindy P. Fox – Mindy is an associate at Wolff & Samson. Previously, Mindy was a judicial clerk and mediator for the Honorable Donald J. Volkert, Jr., A.J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court - Passaic Vicinage and a judicial extern for the Honorable Naomi Reice Buchwald, U.S.D.J. in the United States District Court - Southern District of New York. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude. While there, she was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with her B.A.
Marie L. Mathews – Marie is an associate in Wolff & Samson's Litigation Group. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, Marie was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University. She has nearly 10 years of experience focusing on complex commercial litigation. Marie has worked with pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology firms, among others, in a wide array of matters including antitrust and intellectual property cases. She represents clients in federal and state court class actions and private commercial disputes, and also has substantial experience advising on contracts, settlement agreements and intellectual property licensing agreements.
Brian P. O'Neill – Brian is an associate at Wolff & Samson. Previously, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward Gannon in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Civil Division. Brian received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude. While there, he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Presidential Scholar, and Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Brian received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence, the Chicago Title Insurance Real Property Award and the 2009 Appellate Advocacy - Best Oral Advocate. He graduated from Villanova University with his B.A.
Christopher R. Paldino – Chris is counsel in Wolff & Samson's Litigation Group. Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, he was a shareholder at Budd Larner, P.C. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude. While there, he was a member of the Order of the Coif. Chris received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University. He has nearly 10 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases including products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability and automobile negligence.
