Wolff & Samson Promotes Carniol and Wood

Evidencing its continued commitment to growth and the advancement of female attorneys, Wolff & Samson announced that Rhonda Carniol and Margaret (“Peggy”) O’Rourke Wood were promoted to Member of the Firm.
Rhonda Carniol graduated Order of the Coif from Emory University School of Law. Her practice is focused on representing multinational, publicly traded companies, as well as start-up and mid-size entities, in the areas of technology, media and advertising.
Carniol has been lead counsel on many significant transactions, particularly those involving joint development agreements, outsourcing, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex structures. She has published several articles and spoken on these topics as well.
Peggy Wood is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She practices employment law and commercial litigation. Her experience includes defending discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims, wrongful discharge, tort and contract claims.
Wood has extensive experience in litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters. She also litigates complex commercial matters, including breach of contract claims and partnership disputes.
