Wolff & Samson counsel David Dugan wrote an article examining Section 470 and the Schoenefeld decision. If the Court's ruling is upheld on appeal, it may create opportunities for New York-barred attorneys to now to use their New York licenses without requiring them to maintain an office in New York (see Schoenefeld v. State of New York).
