January 24, 2013

Please join us for a complimentary program:

Wolff & Samson PC and EisnerAmper LLP are pleased to invite you to this informative seminar that will focus on the different issues that audits of employee benefit plans (whether by the Department of Labor, the Internal Revenue Service, a plan's outside audit firm or legal counsel) may uncover.  The program will also discuss how plan sponsors can effectively address those issues using the latest plan correction procedures from the IRS and DOL.

Course Objective(s): Enable plan sponsors of employee benefit plans to identify qualified plan compliance risk areas and appropriate measures for addressing them.

Learning Outcome(s): Participants will be able to:

  • Identify areas of concern in their employee benefit plans
  • Respond to identified errors in their plans
  • Correct any deficiencies under the IRS and DOL plan correction programs
